Referral fees are based on a contingency search
and are only charged when employers find the IT professionals
they need. Fees are applicable once you hire the person to provide
services to you and apply to any employee about whom you have become
familiar as a result of information posted on Marblejar's web site
or to whom you have been provided with contact information from
our site.

We Offer Two Programs
to Fit Your Needs
1. Self-Service Search & Match:
For Self Service Search & Match, our permanent position fee is equal to ten (10)% of the candidate’s first year’s income guarantee. Self Service Search & Match fees apply when the candidate’s information has been posted on our site at the time the client initiates their search for an IT professional. (For candidates whose principal place of employment is taxable as required by law, the amount of the tax will be added to your invoice).
2. Dedicated Recruiter:
For Dedicated Recruiter Services, our permanent position fee is equal to twenty (20)% of the candidate’s first year income guarantee. Dedicated Recruiter Service fees apply when the candidate’s resume and profile do not currently reside on our site at the time the client initiates their search for an IT professional, and a Marblejar recruiter is asked to conduct a full search of our network and present candidates to the client via our web site. (For candidates whose principal place of employment is taxable as required by law, the amount of the tax will be added to your invoice).
Contract and Contract
to Permanent Fees for Both Programs
For Contract Assignments, you are required to pay a service fee equal to twenty (20)% of the hourly bill rate of such Resource on a monthly basis based upon the total number of hours the IT professional works. A signed time sheet verifying those hours must be submitted weekly to the Marblejar office. A monthly invoice will be issued based on the hours recorded on the timesheets provided.
For Contract to permanent positions, you are required to pay a service fee equal to twenty (20)% of the hourly rate of such Resource on a monthly basis based upon the total number of hours the IT professional works. In addition to the contract assignment fee, the following referral scale will be in effect:

Guarantee
If the service relationship between you and the candidate
is terminated for any reason before the 60th calendar day after
its start, we will replace the candidate, according to our replacement
credit rates, provided that you notify us in writing of all facts
relating to the termination of the relationship within five (5)
business days after its termination. This guarantee is not applicable
if the service relationship is terminated because the position is
eliminated or because you have insufficient work for the candidate.
This guarantee is to allow you to satisfy yourself that the candidate
has the requisite experience and qualifications, and that information
provided by this candidate and other sources, directly or through
us, is accurate.
Replacement Credit
Rates Schedule
Separation 0 to 30 calendar days, 100% of initial fee credit. Separation
31 to 60 days, 1/60 of the initial fee credit for each calendar
day during that period on which the candidate was not employed by
you.
