Let's say I find a candidate on your site. What do I do next?
If you find a resume from a candidate you would like to interview, you simply click the contact button and your assigned Marblejar account manager will provide you all of the necessary contact data to reach the candidate. If you hire the candidate, your fee is 10% of the first year's salary.

What if I do not find any candidates who meet my requirements?
Then simply place your posting on the site and your Marblejar account manager will contact you via e-mail with several potential employees from other sources whose resume you can view online. If you hire a candidate, your fee is 20% of the first year's salary.

How do I sign up?
You can register right now; simply click. You will need to publish a job posting to search our database so please make sure you have all of the information necessary to complete your posting.

What happens after I register?
Your assigned account manager will review your posting. If a match is currently available, the resume will be sent to you via e-mail.

If there are no current matches on the site, your account manager will contact you in reference to our dedicated recruiting services. If you wish to engage us in this optional service, the fee will be 10% of the first year salary of any candidate that you hire.
